Heart For The Children

For the love of the vulnerable children in the community

Welcome

Mercy Of God  started out small through inspiration, mercy and power of the Holy Spirit into a broad ministry encompassing a network of church plants, a Bible school, children’s homes, primary education, a medical clinic, constant evangelistic outreaches, farming and much more.

We take care of special and humble children from very poor background and those that lost their parents.

My Story As The Founding Director
I lost my mum and daddy when I was still very young; I actually never saw any of them apart from seeing them in photos.  That has kept on my heart till now.
Both of them died in a car accident when I was still 9 months of age on their way from the city when they were coming back home.

I grew up with my grand mother who was also helpless; I was quite unfortunate. When they died I was left with my grandmother who struggled to take care of me.

In my time of growing up, my grandmother was not able to take me to school. I only went to school as far as Primary 7 but I didn’t manage to seat for Primary Leaving Examinations. In Uganda I can not apply for any job.

When I was  12 years old, I started getting into manual work such as fetching water and firewood as a way of supporting my dear grand mother.
It was a really struggle to make it in life as a helpless child.

I founded Mercy Of God Ministries from my desire to help the helpless children just as I once was.

Education

These children also deserve a bright future despite the fact that they are vulnerable. It is our responsibility all to help them have a bright future. Mercy of God ministries takes part in helping the most humble children go to school.

Join us to build a school to educate the humble children.

Cater For The Needy Children

Many children under our care come from very poor families; some of them are orphans and others left their homes due to family neglect and violence. Mercy of God’s ministries gives them hope to the future by providing them with medicare, food, clothes, education plus other basic needs of life.
